The store showed itself to be a person when trying to return the purchased goods, they began to be rude to my wife, accusing her of lying, allegedly we did not have a card receipt for debiting funds from the card initially. When my wife found it and provided it to her, no one apologized. The spouse did not want a conflict and hinted that she was in a position with a request to behave more delicately with her, to which she received an exclamation that her situation was her problem, not the store's.
