As a result, I got a call a couple of weeks later, and we agreed on the delivery date and the installation date. In general, on the designated date, decent doors occupied the empty doorway. The doors are top class! As it is fashionable to say now - Luxury! 😎 Nikita, the installer, did everything quickly, clearly, and beautifully. All in all, I'm not happy with the doors. For such money, and the doors are not cheap (1 door cost me 1000 bel.rub) painted, the quality of the doors and fittings are terrible!!! The doors are of some kind of incomprehensible quality (they look like cardboard of some kind), although they claim MDF together with something. When I was consulted, I was not told that they have 2 types of platbands (simple and with grooves). I received simple cardboard platbands, which are nailed and painted with a permanent felt-tip pen! It looks terrible! I was later told by the installers that no one had installed such platbands for a very long time, about 20 years. Their attitude towards the client is good only at the moment of payment, then if there are any problems, questions, or mistakes, they switch to ignore mode. After installation, problems began to appear with the doors, jambs began to protrude: some kind of blue paint on the black doors, the edges were erased, the paint was chipping off!!! They told me where it came from and what it was. When I called about this issue, they dragged their feet for a long time. But no one answered me. I had to write a complaint, 2 people came from them, took a picture, looked at it and left. I waited a month for a decision on my issue even after writing the complaint. I've been waiting for a response from the Viber specialist for a very long time. I ask a question, they don't answer me, they ignore me. I asked again, and again there was silence. Also, when the doors were delivered, the hinges were not delivered in the color of the doors, they were not changed. And then they told me that the specialist was on sick leave. As a result, the installer came and painted over the jambs with a permanent felt-tip pen. This is the solution to the problem, it's just "cool"!!! I believe that this is not a solution to the problem of doors for such money. The installation is also not very good (a person comes from them). The doors are shaking, the fittings were not fully closed, they were not completely sawn off at the place of the closed lock. I came to fix it 2 times, but soon the door also started to dangle. I will not contact this organization again!
