We often buy flowers there. The last one was an order for a box of flowers. The specialist's advice and their work is excellent. Individual approach to the client. On the day of pick-up, we saw that the box was coming up, we made a replacement, improved the design. The composition traveled for 2 hours on the bus and everything is fine. The birthday girl appreciated :)

I'm writing a negative review because it's not the first time we've bought flowers in this store, and it's the same story every time. On May 7, my husband stopped by the store, selected and paid for a bouquet of bush roses, which the store later delivered home late in the evening. The bouquet was pruned and placed in water within 5 minutes of delivery. The next day, there was only one name left of the bouquet worth 150 rubles. I tried to resuscitate, I wanted to partially trim the buds, but with one touch the remaining ones fell off. Because they don't know how to determine the freshness of flowers, the men in this store are being blatantly deceived. Last time I ordered flowers for delivery, on the same evening 4 out of 15 roses lowered their heads, then I referred to the cold weather and decided not to give up on this store, alas, my attempt ended in a spoiled mood. The advantages include a large selection of interesting roses, courteous staff, and good packaging. Really, why do you need a good package if the flowers don't live up to the celebration?
