Despite its price, it turned out to be a very cozy place. Yes, without pretensions to chic and luxury, but the morning is neat, clean and sincere.
I lived in a hotel for a while. It feels like you live in a rented apartment, but they still clean, change your clothes and put things in order :)
The staff is friendly, friendly, they will always answer questions and tell you what, where and how.
I will take off one star for the low quality of the housing stock. But, I repeat, otherwise it is a great place for an inexpensive stay.

In my opinion, inflated prices for rooms (were in different rooms, different price categories).The rooms have a TV, electric stove,refrigerator.. but practically nothing works. And the women at the reception leave much to be desired..We were there for a month out of necessity (business trip) and will not return there again.

Money is not bad . It 's purely out of 10/5 . There are no normal dishes , there are also no normal pots to cook . I don 't have a rag to clean myself either . The bed is hard , so the bed and towels are covered with a rotten rag . The TV turns on but the screen does not work. They need to do repairs already

There was no closet or hanger. There is nowhere to hang the jacket. The front door is locked only with a key, it does not slam shut. The Internet was not working when I complained, they said: "Well, then there's an accident, wait for tomorrow!" The next day it was still not fixed. The linen is clean.

I scratched all 4 discs with deep scratches, then covered them with some kind of black goo, so that it would be unnoticeable. If you don't know how to work, don't take it. I didn't swear, because my grandfather works there. But I don't advise anyone. There was no scratch on the discs before him.

We were in Otan For 7 days, every day something new, a common iron, you get in line, i.e. when you need you will not go out you need to iron things, there are no washing machines, laundry is still unknown what kind of steam they wash you, then also cockroaches appeared disgusting. The taps are not working, in general, I will not go there anymore and I advise everyone to choose another one.
