The work of "one window" is terribly organized. They receive a person by the hour, do not call anyone, coupons do not work, employees do not answer questions. Employees go to visit from office to office, eat cake. For whom this "one window" was made. I spent the day in an empty one, but my question has not been resolved. The horror!!!
