The electronic queue was not working properly. The information about the required passport registration office was incorrectly indicated on the terminal. To figure this out, it was necessary to read a small note on the door indicated in the terminal that the person was on vacation and needed to contact another office. There was no information that the electronic queue for another cabinet was not working. When I spent 10 minutes waiting, I went to look for answers...I came across a note on the door and went into the office indicated in the note. When I asked about changing my passport, they tried to dissuade me, saying that the procedure was paid. The information that it was possible to arrange a passport replacement for free in another place was not previously reported by phone, and I did not find such information anywhere on the Internet. After a couple of minutes of meaningless dialogue, they nevertheless began to issue a passport replacement...They gave me a small piece of paper to sign, handwritten in terrible handwriting to verify my passport data...When asked what could be made out here, they countered with a counter question: "what is not clear here?". I paid 11p for such a service, somehow checked and signed the sheet, I hope there will be no problems with the passport.

The first specialist should have already given full information about what documents to have with you and checked at least what was with you! I had to queue 3 times on different days and still not get a result! The situation with the specialist who gave me the exam instead of clearly identifying what was missing... I'm shocked! Why should I guess for myself what I'm missing in the package of documents? This is the 3rd visit, so that everyone understands) and the situation is not over yet, I do not know how much more I will have to go there... The queue is created simply because employees are too lazy to talk to visitors! Make a printout of the full package of documents for any situation and everything will be easier!

When the police call and create problems for that woman, and she sent us to ..... Thank you very much, WE WILL NEVER TURN TO the INFORMATION CENTER FOR HELP. EVEN IF A CHILD IS LOST IN THIS CENTER. I have not been able to make a temporary registration for the second day. Only one employee works at 14-15 offices. I waited in line for 4 hours and still didn't get in! Should I come there under the door with a day's supply of food?Where does the money that taxpayers and foreigners send you for registration go?! Is it so hard to hire a second employee? This is an outrage, a mockery of the guests of the capital! What impression can your country make? I have never seen this anywhere. Even in Russia, I did it in 20 minutes

Firstly, I would like to say about the hanging device for issuing electronic coupons, secondly, I came to apply for a refund for the state fee, to which I was told to come only with a new passport, which will be only in a month and the funds will be returned later in another month. That is, in their opinion, you will return your own money only after 2 months. It smells like some kind of nonsense and fraud, since I myself need my own money, and this organization will use it for 2 months (I'm sure there are a lot of people like me)))

Many thanks to the employees of Ogim, everything is fast, folded, convenient, especially it became noticeable with the introduction of the biometric system for obtaining a residence permit, the process has been greatly simplified! Now they take photos on the spot, all the documents are in the computer, nothing needs to be collected additionally, they are given for 10 years upon repeated treatment. Special thanks to the employee from the 5th office (sorry, I don't know her initials)! A very qualified, polite person, helped to sort out all the documents, took them to the right offices! It is very pleasant that such kind and friendly people work in such serious organizations! All the best to you!)

I paid for the SMS notification, nothing came, none of the phone numbers are responding, it is not possible to find out if the passport is ready at all. Sit, wait, and you'll be lucky if you come, and the passport will be ready.

WHEN REPLACING A REGULAR PASSPORT, BRING THE DOCUMENTS TO THE RSC, AND NOT TO THE OGIM!!! I changed my passport in August 2023, did exactly 1 month. The new surname was spelled correctly. In 1 room. very pleasant employees. 4 stars for the quality of the passport photo (for comparison, the Orsha police department has clear and not vague photos) + as always, you can't get through to any number on the website. Also, a lot of people (including me) find information on Google or are told that they should come to change their passport in the future. However, you need to apply for a regular passport at the RSC. During two trips to OGiM, 5 people came to submit documents and they were deployed to the RSC. Apply for a biometric passport at the OGiM. I hope to help someone with my warning :)

I want to express my gratitude to the staff and management of the Department of Internal Affairs of Pervomaisky district police department. He replaced the passport with an ID card and a biometric passport. I got a lot of pleasure for the procedure. I phoned, clarified the nuances (everything was clearly explained), drove up, within 15 minutes I made everything out (the best payment is to make in advance at the ERIP). Despite the deadline of 15 working days, the documents were ready in a week. THAT'S HOW EVERYONE WOULD WORK!!! WELL DONE!!!

My family and I came for permanent residence from Russia, we are applying for a residence permit. How many people applied to different Ministries of Internal Affairs for a residence permit, the only literate woman working in office 5 explained everything clearly and clearly how we should act in our situation. Oleg Valeryevich Slabko was impressed by the work - in these difficult times (virus, epidemic) he turned out to be a man who met visitors at the entrance and helped with paperwork, and prompted, and advised - respectfully, professionally. When I asked the passport officer who this employee was who helps visitors in the corridor, I was very surprised to learn that this was the deputy head of the OGIM. I was very pleased that there are still such employees and managers in the Ministry of Internal Affairs. I want to believe that there will be more of them. Thank you, Oleg Valeryevich!
