I needed to register a newborn baby in my apartment. The child was born in the Republic of Poland. I started the registration procedure at the Registration and Service Center No. 1 of the Moskovsky district at 35 Yesenina Street, building 3.
The documents were accepted on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, in the afternoon. I was informed that the result will be ready on Friday, August 16, 2024, after 16:00.
Based on this information, I purchased plane tickets in advance.
Since I needed the documents as soon as possible, I decided to clarify their readiness on Thursday, August 15, 2024, at about 17:00, and then on Friday, August 16, at about 12:00. However, I was informed that the documents have not been received yet.
On Friday at 16:00, I again contacted the Registration and Service Center, where I was again informed that the documents had not arrived from OGiM and would be ready no earlier than Tuesday, after 17:00.
This situation was extremely unpleasant. The registration of the child was necessary to obtain a passport, and, as a result, I did not have time to issue a passport even with an urgent procedure.
Due to the circumstances, I decided to personally contact OGiM to find out the location of the documents and the reasons for non-compliance with the established deadline for the procedure, which should not exceed three days.
On Friday, 45 minutes before the end of the working day, I managed to get an appointment with Elena Nikolaevna Kucko. Thanks to her indifference, understanding and professional approach to solving my problem, it turned out that the documents were transferred to the Registration and Service Center on Thursday, but by mistake they turned out to be in the wrong stack, which is why they could not be found for two days.
I would like to express my deep gratitude to Elena Nikolaevna for her help and note her responsibility, attentiveness and high competence in her work.

Although my problem has not been solved yet, I want to thank the head of this department. Just for the human attitude and for getting things moving. I need a funny certificate about the lack of citizenship. Employees are confused because the certificate is unusual. We need to go to the archive. And at all. I have never been given such certificates. And so we go to the boss. And he's not a bureaucrat. :) I looked at everything instantly and made a conclusion. It's so great when people of business are sitting in their seats.
I hope we will receive a certificate (then other people are already working, so we are waiting). But for today's business-like working approach, thank you. :)
Yes, I also see that there are no accelerated procedures for obtaining any certificates. I have come across the fact that in other countries, for an additional fee to the budget, it is possible to speed up processes (such as high-speed passport production). Unfortunately, we don't have that yet. And sometimes it is very necessary. :)
