The employees are too formal and rude, they do not provide explanations with reference to regulations. They refused to provide a complaint book. Unpleasant.

The registration was semi-official, but I think, thanks to the registrar, it turned out to be no worse than solemn. The fattest minus is the photographer. He accosted us before registration with his photos. 30 pieces for 20p. We immediately refused. For this, he decided to be rude to the bride and say that, probably, this is the 10th marriage for her, since she refuses his services. The mood was definitely spoiled, the sediment remained.

They impose paid services. Every breath is for money. For example, to drink YOUR champagne in the buffet room, you have to pay (something about 40 rubles for 10 minutes, just for admission). There is no photographer in the registry office, you need to negotiate and pay a private trader. The guard is inadequate, on my wedding day she ran over me and directly threatened me, there are witnesses, I will complain.
It was very unpleasant. To save your nerves and mood, I recommend using the services of another registry office.
PS I looked, there are a lot of reviews on this guard, apparently she was fired. Let's see, let's talk.

Although we ourselves did not plan any photo shoots, except for memorable photos on the phone, we were also delighted with the elderly photographer Vladimir, who, on leaving the registration office, offered us to take some beautiful photos for just 10p!!! We were counting on just a photo, at least against the background of the wall, but he took us to the premises where solemn registrations are held and even to the bride's room! We were very pleased with the photos we received and were happy to add them to the family album.
In general, everything is very easy and fast, even above our expectations!

It is better to take your photographer to the registry office of the Moskovsky district, rather than the one provided.The only thing that upset me was the photographer. I understand that it doesn't cost as much money as super photographers, but still, it's paid. And I would like him to discuss what photos we would like before the event. I understand that the photographer is a grandfather, but you can find time to discuss it. I wanted to have a separate family photo.: I'm with my husband and my parents. But just such a photo was not taken, it turned out to be just a lot of people and that's it. I'm not happy, and my grandmother, who was recording for the photographer, is very persuasive on video. But what kind of video can we talk about, they don't know how to take pictures yet.

I don't know who the boor from the 3rd office thinks she is, but no one should behave like that with people, especially the service staff. We chose a simpler registry office, explained everything as politely as possible, told and, at least, said hello.
