We did not order a certificate, as the MC did not have a phone with him (which is logical). We came hoping that they would help us arrange it, as we were told that it would not be done within 5 working days, as it should be, but in a maximum of 2 hours. We were told that they could not help us in any way, there were no coupons, they would not accept us. When asked to take us to a higher-level person, the director, to further resolve the issue, perhaps the director would have helped, they also refused us... they also added that only 4 employees work, and then the question is, why do we need this information? We came to provide a service, why do we need to know how many employees are working? This is clearly not our problem anymore! And yes, the administrator could have said that I could order this certificate myself, through State services, since I have a child together, but I found out about it already on the Internet ... customer orientation and information "at the level", it's a pity.

It seems that this MFC employs just anyone: no matter how many times they applied, the workers led us by the nose with their ignorance. Either he's misinforming, or they mess up with the documents, or they're carrying some kind of blizzard. As a result, there was a lot of lost time, nerves and strength....in the end, I always had to go directly to the authority and resolve issues. Why is this MFC needed at all, it's still a mystery to me???😳
