Personally, I have a lot of complaints about this branch of the MFC. There were incompetent employees (not all of them, of course), but there was experience. Not polite. At the reception desk where coupons are issued, they communicate patiently and explain everything. And there's a blockage on the windows. The original documents were ruined. They make decisions they shouldn't be making. Their task is to accept the documents.

At first, they could not accept the documents, because the EGRN statement signed with an electronic signature has no legal force for them, so they also did not put down their seal and the service was refused and had to be submitted again. It's just a nightmare that there is a lack of competence and professionalism. An extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, signed with an electronic digital signature (EDS), has legal force equivalent to a paper document signed and stamped by representatives of government agencies.
