It's a horror and a nightmare to sit in line for two hours and not get to the passport exchange appointment. How much time should I plan then?! A day off? The building is new, and the service is worse than the previous one. According to the exchange documents in room 105, there is no electronic tablet there, you can't hear what they say at the entrance (either run or ask). We served 25 people in three hours! Some services became inactive by 11 a.m. (there are no coupons). One thing pleases, the people in the queue are patient, help and prompt each other. I couldn't apply in one day.
