Well, the last 2 years have become very far from anything. Before the electronic queues were set up, there was a tin. It's pretty normal now. The room is quite small for such a large area of the city. Very often there is no place to sit down. There are a lot of people crammed in. It would be nice to move the mail to some more spacious room
