There are often long queues. The operator remained indifferent when a conflict arose due to her mistake. It is clear that the one who does nothing is not mistaken. But even at the request of the operator to exhaust the conflict, she did not even flinch. I consider this behavior to be unprofessional.

В общем и целом все довольно таки неплохо: светлое, просторное помещение, грамотный, отзывчивый персонал. Очередь, да, но некритичная, да и куда ж без очереди то в таком месте)))))
