Dear employees of the Post Office No.2. Well, if there is a delivery service, arrange it somehow!!!do postmen really have such a high salary that we, who agree to pay for the delivery of the parcel, cannot order it???The operator who picked up the phone practically does not want to talk at all, when our postman will be in touch-he does not know how to do so as not to disturb them - he does not know either! Maybe the postman is happy to earn something-and everything is so ugly-there are no words!

The parcel was sent from Toretsk on November 29. We waited for the notification until December 12, went to the post office, where they said that there was no parcel, come in the other day.On December 14, they called and said there was a package.But when they took it away, they said they owed 19 UAH for storage.20 kopecks.That they brought the notification and that they should be picked up on time.If we do not pay, the parcel will not be returned. The conclusion suggests itself, is it not specifically notified what to charge for storage?
