With the advent of the electronic queue, the service has become very slow, the human factor has disappeared if an old woman comes, or a mother with kids used to always skip the queue..now everyone is sitting and waiting for a call, many people can't stand it. they come and go, and the electronic voice calls this number twice and this also delays the entire queue. although I can only say good things about the staff, they are friendly and cultured.

I gave it three stars, but this is for this communications department, I think, a secret one. What's not to like? It's crowded. It often takes 30 minutes or more to stand and sit in line. In winter, you sweat in a jacket, then you go out sweaty in the cold and wind. Don't eat karasho. They serve (the staff) well. Everyone is friendly, cultured, and pleasant. What else don't I like? I personally, old and sick, have a long way to go here. Previously, our house was serviced by OS-49. It is located 2 times closer.

It's a soooooo terrible department, it's not organized, I sat in line with the little ones for 40 minutes.to make 4 sheets of a copier, no one missed the services and there is no copier service in the machine with coupons.Breeed!!
