The staff did well, but once again due to the fact that there is no fast connection, waiting in line takes an hour or more, payments are very slow. It would be fine sometimes, but I come in once a month at best to send a package, and nothing changes. Maybe it's time to do something about it?

The staff is polite and happy to help with any question of interest. The queue is electronic, it moves very fast. The branch is located in a residential area, so there is a place to park, but queues due to this location certainly happen for 7-10 people. In most cases, you need a passport to resolve any issue, so do not forget to take it with you.
