Compared to the salary of the head of the Ukrainian post office, the department is very shabby... It 's cold and needs repairs .the service is at an average level, as in almost all departments. And it only works until 7 p.m.

Like all departments. The USSR stayed here. Dirty, squalid. Queues and grannies behind computers. Young people will not go there for their salary.
