His attitude towards his work is disgusting...there was a package from another city, urgent, with home delivery, for which we paid money. And we had to go to the post office to get the parcel ourselves, because "there's nowhere to put it" the money wasn't returned to us... it's a disgrace, it's a village, not a city.
