There are long queues, because one of the three operators is working, while the rest are busy loading/unloading the mail machine. The parcel sending/receiving department does not work, the door of this department is always closed, even during business hours. I would like this department to work so that people do not stand in the general queue.
The staff is pleasant, but there are clearly not enough employees in the post office to make it work more effectively.
