Make a separate checkout so that people pick up parcels (international) OR make a package (I came - entered the code from the mobile device - took the parcel) (I lived in Poland 5 years ago, they already implemented this). It is also a little annoying (sometimes a lot) when there is a person in front of you, and after that the cashier puts a sign on which it says "break" and just goes somewhere..
