Terrible mail
There are always huge queues, and I can't get through on the phone.
The shipment has not reached the recipient, it has already been delivered on the website!in such a huge area, and not just one, the post office with super slow workers has only 3 windows (one is always closed)

After visiting this institution, I found myself in Soviet times. Only people were kinder back then. There are not enough employees, so the queues are long. And some of them are not operational.

1 post office for several large districts, although some other districts have 2 post offices, or one branch for a small district. A lot of people, especially in the second half of the month, need to climb the stairs to the second floor with clunks,old-fashioned repairs,air conditioning does not work in summer (heat). To send a parcel or pick it up, for example, you have to go from Kriulin by bus or minibus or taxi. It's good that they made an electronic queue (but I have noticed many questions about it to some people more than once, someone comes later, but leaves before others, maybe they have already fixed it). In general, as for parcels, it is better to go to Euromail, it is nearby.
