Следите внимательно за действиями операторов. Без согласия сестры, которая пришла получать посылку оператор Светлана оформила счёт в Почта Банке. И о какой хорошей работе все пишут? За счёт невнимательности людей делают планы, если бы сестре было бы 18, то наверно и кредит бы оформили…
Таких сотрудников увольнять надо.
