It's a disgusting place. The workers are slow. Wild queues, an average of about an hour of waiting. Emails are not delivered, notifications are not delivered. Like it or not, you have to stand in line to get what should have been in the mailbox. Irresponsible performance of work duties creates such conditions. It would be wonderful to refuse service in this delightful place, but alas… It is a pity that the reviews will not fix the mail in any way. At least installing an electronic queue and separating people with quick questions and lengthy utility bills would have saved the situation in many ways. Well, the work of one window, when there are 25 people in line, is worthy of a separate boiler in hell…
