This site has been creating a lot of problems for years: they do not bring or send notifications to the messenger on time , or even do not notify at all .Serious registered letters are delayed, for example, with an appeal to the court or with the tax service - to appear at the specified time and impose a fine for non-appearance and untimely reaction…They send back international parcels (purchases) without notifying them of their arrival at the site at all.Unfortunately, documents and much more come to the place of residence automatically and there is no way to refuse to cooperate with these sites

There are not enough staff. Of the four working windows, a maximum of two are working. Often one thing. You can spend 30-40 minutes in line, being the fifth. There are no complaints about the staff, they are poor fellows who are hostages of the situation.

It's a disgusting place. The workers are slow. Wild queues, an average of about an hour of waiting. Emails are not delivered, notifications are not delivered. Like it or not, you have to stand in line to get what should have been in the mailbox. Irresponsible performance of work duties creates such conditions. It would be wonderful to refuse service in this delightful place, but alas… It is a pity that the reviews will not fix the mail in any way. At least installing an electronic queue and separating people with quick questions and lengthy utility bills would have saved the situation in many ways. Well, the work of one window, when there are 25 people in line, is worthy of a separate boiler in hell…
