Очень хочется поблагодарить за качественную работу Екатерину, оператора связи почтового отдел ения.Екатерина помогла найти и получить очень важное для меня отправление. Это очень грамотный, вежливый сотрудник. Большое спасибо.

Посылку солдату-срочнику потеряли, а там были вещи ему необходимые, телефона, чтобы связаться с почтой нет, работают всего 4 часа в неделю, ужасное отношение к клиентам. На горячей линии твердят только, что посылка должна быть в почтовом отделении. Сейчас Солдата перевели в другое место и что будет с посылкой непонятно. Дополню отзыв, посылка нашлась через 2 месяца, спасибо , что нашли. Но дорога ложка к обеду.
