The impression strongly depends on which operator you get to. One of the disadvantages is the lack of staff. Recently, only one of the three windows usually works. Sometimes you just walk in, estimate the size of the queue and leave, realizing that there is no point in waiting more than an hour. Of the advantages, I discovered their post office. If you only need to get something, then you make an online application to move the shipment to the post office, wait for the code (after lunch or the next day), and without any queue at any convenient moment you pick up the package in 10 seconds.

I couldn't get enough of the opening of this branch not far from home. Excellent thermoregulation, it is always fresh in summer, warm in winter, friendly and competent staff (there is something to compare with-4 departments behind). But as always, everything is ruined by people who create a queue (a single one!) because they do not want to use the terminal to pay for simple services; they do not want to read that the first window is for shipments and slow down the issuance.
