Сотрудники почты не хотят работать совсем, грубят посетителям, относятся по хамски. Квитанции за свет газ и мусор ,поставили к себе и чтобы их взять нужно отстоять очередь и то не факт что они там окажутся

У меня только один вопрос:почему поменяли график работы почты! Раньше он работал со вторника по субботу с 8:00-17:00 (перерыв 13:00-14:00), а сейчас он работает только во вторник, пятницу и субботу с 9:00-15:00 (перерыв 13:00-13:30) (перерыв сократилась от 1 часа до 30 минут) Не очень удобный график работы!
