Хочу выразить минус работника Почты России. Абсолютно ничего не объясняет! Я пришла отделение ( два года его не посещала), очень порадовало преображение отделения, но когда столкнулась с сотрудницей, все плюсы перечеркнулись. Хотела , как всегда, получить письмо по трек-номеру, сотрудница не вдаваясь в подробности, ответила : нужен qr-код, и переключилась на очередь позади меня! Я объяснила, что ранее получала заказ с образовательной системы, по номеру. И когда попросила уделить мне внимание , а не на очередь , поняла что можно заполнить извещение ( в почтовый ящик его не доносят, от отсутствия почтальона). В итоге , получила письмо! Больше не хочется сотрудничать с этим филиалом!!!

Отделение почты расположено вблизи жилых домов, что очень радует, не приходится тратить время на дорогу! Комфортный чистый зал! Приятные и вежливые сотрудники отделения !

Хорошая почта в удобном месте. И персонал вежливый. Спасибо большое вам за обслуживание неуравновешенных людей. Здорово когда такие люди работают на почте.
