Отвратительное отношение. Позвонила на линию, чтобы уточнить почему пришло уведомление, что посылка получена. Хотя я ее ещё не забирала. Позвонила в 13:05, мне по хамски ответили:"Вообще-то у нас обед! " 🤦🏻‍♀️ Жду, когда закончится обед, чтобы разобраться, кто же получил мою посылку 😁

Заказывали посылку с алика, на сайте указано что товар был вручён, но мы еë не забирали и квитанции о том что посылка пришла не было.Приходилось разбираться, но посылку мы таки забрали
