Здравствуйте, были отправлены две посылки на адрес пгт Липовцы ул. Шоссейная 1 сыну он служит. С 26.10.посылки находятся на почте Калинина 51 сын так их и не получил. Что делать может наша ошибка мы не указали номер части при отправлении. Подскажите как исправить эту ситуацию, посылки итак шли две недели ребенок очень ждет их.
