We recently returned from there. On the positive side: near the beach, the location in the center of Koblevo and the presence of a swimming pool and air conditioning in the suites. Otherwise, the impressions are not the most pleasant, because the suite did not justify itself in any way. The hotel staff was not polite, there were no towels and declared shower accessories, as well as a hair dryer. It is inconvenient to dry things, or rather, there is simply nowhere to dry them, cleaning leaves much to be desired. We have been trying to achieve wet cleaning for three days. As a result of the cleaning, we had to get water separately. The toiletries were not delivered either. We will not return to this hotel.

We visited this hotel in 2021, checked into new suites, but that was not the case... Upon entering the room, they did not find towels, water and blankets, although it was all in another room, they explained that no one had lived there for a long time, but the bottom line is that they knew about people settling in this room, but okay... by the evening everything was fine, we hung up a sign a day later in order to clean the room, no one cleaned for 2 days until we ourselves came up and asked for it personally!!! But during the cleaning of the room, the towels were not changed to new ones, and we waited for 3 days, reminding them about it every morning... the water was not supplied again, as well as the shower and toilet accessories. The staff is not polite, they never greeted each other! I do not advise you to move in there.
