He is from Russia.I travel a lot, I've seen different hotels.I will say briefly: Felisa corresponds to the price in Ukraine, in Russia a hotel of this level would be half (at least) more expensive! good mattresses, bed linen,room cleaning, decent bathroom!Attentive and courteous staff, I'm happy to give 5 out of five!

A cool, comfortable hotel. Closed parking in the yard. A wonderful guy in the picture - all problems are solved in a second. Like it. I stayed 2 times, both in a two-room room at the very top
