An excellent European-level hotel, located in the very center of the city of Samarkand, next to the Registan in 10 minutes on foot. The beds are soft, bathrobes, slippers and bath accessories are available in the room. Cleaning once a day. The breakfasts are royal, for every taste: freshly squeezed juices, coffee, tea, salads (vegetable and meat), meat and cheese cuts of several types, pancakes, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, porridges, fruits, vegetables, oriental sweets, nuts, pastries like pizza and much more. Special thanks to the young people at the reception, they are always ready to help!

Clear! Delicious! Everyone speaks Russian. We arrived earlier, but they put us in another room anyway to relax, etc. Beautiful rooms, clean linen and plumbing. High ceilings. There is a swimming pool, hammam and sauna - just sterile! All the preliminary agreements with Farid were respected, and any issues were also resolved with Farid: excursions, markets, cars, deliveries, etc. I really liked everything!

The staff is excellent and polite.
Cleanliness,room cleaning,bed linen, towels, bathrobes are all clean, changed regularly. The safe is in the room. City center, 10min walk to the central square. The breakfasts are excellent.

We had a rest in the middle of March 2025. Booked on Booking. Excellent hotel, Registan is a 10-minute walk away. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. The breakfasts are delicious. The guys at the reception will help you solve any problem. Payment in cash in dollars, euros, and rubles (the exchange rate is not profitable, but they warn you about it right away).

I liked the hotel, everything is new and clean. The staff is polite. The pool is gorgeous, with sauna and hammam, you can book from 11 to 17, an hour for each day of stay. The breakfasts are strange, there are a lot of half-empty plates, but you can find them, scrambled eggs or omelets can be brought to order, there is a coffee machine. The location is great!

A wonderful hotel with a good location. The room is perfectly clean, shampoos, gels, disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste are placed in the bathtub. At our request, a mini fridge and an iron were brought. There were small flaws in the room, there were not enough plates, knives and spoons, although there was a kettle and tea. The breakfast in the restaurant is modest but very tasty and hearty.The hotel has just opened, so the guys respond to all requests immediately. I would like to say a special thank you to the receptionists, you are great fellows. We wish you prosperity and good tourists.

Great hotel. Nice rooms that have everything. The guys at the reception are very friendly and always ready to help and prompt 24 to 7. The hotel is very well located. Some 10 minutes on foot to Registan and 20 to Siab bazaar. I recommend this particular hotel to everyone

I took this hotel, primarily because of the pools, because I was traveling with a child. Upon arrival, it turned out that the pools were not working. We lived for 6 days and for all these days, we still had a leak from under the sink. We came every day, we did something every day, but nothing changed, and when we went to the sink we stepped into a puddle. On the 4th day, I just scored. There was a very strong smell of sewage at times. On the last day we left early, I specifically clarified that breakfast starts at 7:00. We arrived at 7:00, all the tables are littered with bed linen, only a small part of the food is on display, I asked for milk, no one brought it in 20 minutes, and this despite the fact that we were not alone at breakfast, but 8-10 people. Of the advantages: the breakfasts themselves are not bad, convenient location.
Next time I will definitely choose another hotel. I don't understand how this one got a 4* at all. Very disappointed

This is a very cozy and clean hotel. Two steps from Registan Square and five from Bibi Khanum.
The management and staff are very polite and helpful people who are ready to enter into any difficult situation and help you cope with it.

A very bad impression
It only looks like it's worth 4 stars
In fact: the air conditioner is malfunctioning, the window is broken, the TV does not work. The bed is uncomfortable. There was no hot water for all 2 nights while we were there!! I had to heat water in a kettle and pour myself out of it.
But the worst thing is the service. We let you know about the problems several times, no one solved them. Finally, we talked with the manager - he was generally rude and rude. In general, the hotel is 2 stars long
