Clean, unobtrusive and daily cleaning, decent Internet. 100 meters away is the post office, 300 meters away, at Allenby superfarm, where you can buy a 5sh rav kav (card for all types of transport) and charge in cash, on the contrary, Allenby 1 can receive a transfer of the Golden Crown, even in dollars, even in rubles, very convenient.
