We stayed at the hotel on January 30th. The room is clean, warm, and has a luxurious mattress (which is especially rare). We slept well and had a wonderful rest! The receptionist was polite and friendly. For those people who are looking for a place to rest on their way to Donetsk after a long journey, I recommend staying at this hotel.

I've been staying here for a long time, Gosha has been like this since 2016. I would like to note that, until 2023, it was cozy, and excellent attitude and service. This time, December 2024, probably due to the large flow of guests, it was already weaker with the service; already something was through the lip; and in the room (second building) it was frankly cool and thin blankets / pillows, it was uncomfortable to sleep on a pull-out sofa. I agree that, in the conditions of ITS own, one should rejoice at the presence of hot water, but the impression of both the service and the situation has slightly deteriorated. Yes, and, frankly, it's a bit expensive.

The room is comfortable, clean, daily cleaning. But there's not even a kettle in the room (it's in the hallway, you have to ask for glasses). Overall, it was comfortable, but the food in the hotel cafe left much to be desired (the meat was undercooked, frankly raw). The price is a bit too high for such a service.
