Good afternoon! In April of this year, 3 windows were purchased at Excellent Windows LLC, located on Skaryna Avenue in Polotsk. After 1-2 days, cracks appeared on the windows between the plastic and concrete. We contacted the company and sent a photo. The master arrived the next day and redid everything. They said that the problem was in the materials, the foam was bad. Okay, they forgave and forgot. Now we are faced with a new problem. Mosquito nets that were bought with holes in the windows, on two grids at the same time, in approximately the same places (upper left corner). Somewhere there are not enough partitions, somewhere there are holes, no matter what a mosquito, so the May bug will crawl through, and this is after 6 months of not the most extreme conditions (maybe earlier, but noticed only now). We contacted the company, to which we were told that the manufacturer defines this as mechanical damage from the photo, and it cannot be proved that the holes are from vibration and wind. There are no guarantees.
The conclusion is this: I do not advise contacting Excellent Windows LLC, the quality is good, money is wasted, the manager cannot solve the issue, you will do and redo them.

It seems to be setting standards, but there is a problem with the documents.The windows were installed a long time ago, but the documents cannot be taken away.We order 4 masking nets, but they bring two and then you have to pick them up from the company yourself.
