We are sitting in line on January 6, with 25 people in front of us. Of all the windows, only 2 are working!!! 2 operators for a bunch of people!!!! It's just terrible, and there are still no people to pay for communal services. Is it really impossible to organize the normal work of the central office??? They took away the function of receiving parcels from small branches and everyone in the queue has to suffer. I really hope that the review will affect the work of the mail.
