It's a good location, but it's hard to figure out exactly where to go. You need to go to the computer club opposite, there are guys sitting there - they are engaged in checking in. In general, everything is neat, but a little dirty. For those who love perfect cleanliness, it will not work. Also one of the disadvantages is that the neighbors are very audible, but this is true in many places. Among the advantages - heat, hot water, excellent Wi-Fi. If you walk all day, then it's like spending the night - it's very good.

It's fine for a couple of nights, but I don't want to spend more time there. Of the advantages, I can note the accessibility of public transport: near the metro and bus stops. One of the disadvantages is that it is very difficult to get to this flophouse with suitcases because of the difficult landscape.
