A nice place with stunning views of the Bosphorus. The entrance is through the hookah shop (green), then up the stairs to the top of the stairs. Hookah on 12.01.2026 we took a mix of "watermelon chill" for 775 lire (very light, but smokes great), there is also a cheaper classic 445 lire and others for 625 lire, 495 lire - a lot of tobacco. Tea is brought on a heating plate (the teapot is placed on a kettle with water) and it does not cool down (for two for 345 lira). Turkish music is playing softly. The toilet is two floors down from the roof. Pay on the ground floor, give them the check from the waiter. Of the cons: - it was cool at a temperature of +2 outside, and sometimes the heating was turned on and then it felt very good, but when it was turned off, it was cold. I think in such weather it would be possible not to turn off the heat at all. - the hookah man did not come up to turn over the coals.

It's a good place. Classic hookah/nargil/shisha for August 2023 = 200LT (720₽) There is a hookah and tobacco shop downstairs. Ask the shish shop, the seller will send you to the vepx by a spiral staircase. Wonderful view of the Bosphorus, very polite, unobtrusive service of the guys. I liked everything very much. I recommend it!
