It's a great place, it's not the first time I've stayed here. Initially, my friend brought me here when we were flying through Yerevan, now I also stop here only. I am very pleased with the location, the proximity to the airport, the availability of a shuttle service, and the inexpensive prices. The hotel has everything you need for life. The owner himself is a very pleasant person, erudite, friendly, very decent, caring. Nearby Zvartnots temple, cathedral, large supermarket, food court. It's comfortable to sleep inside, do laundry, have towels, toiletries, air conditioners, and silence.

A very cozy guest house! The renovation is fresh and high-quality, the interior is clean and pleasant to be in. There is a swimming pool on site, which is a great place to cool off in the heat, as well as a barbecue area where you can have a great evening with friends or family. The atmosphere is calm and homely. Separately, I would like to mention the owner, Gregory. He is a very kind and helpful person, always ready to help. If desired, he can arrange a guided tour of the sights of Armenia in a comfortable and modern car — a new electric car. A great place to stay, definitely recommend it! 🇦🇲🌞🏡
