I bought trekking poles (for 39,000), one broke after 5 days right in the mountains
In response to a replacement or refund, I was told that my 58 kg of sticks had been misused and offered new ones with a 50% discount (without a guarantee that they would not break again in a week) and a free consultation on the use of sticks.
I do not recommend this store

The store turned out to be amazing. We were pleasantly surprised by a large selection of models and sizes of goods, friendly staff and pleasant prices. It is immediately clear that professionals are working!
