OVIO Provider Review: a bitter experience in 3 years I have been using OVIO's services for 3 years and, unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. From the very beginning, there were problems with the stability of the connection — every time I came home, the Internet on my phone simply disappeared. I had to restart the modem several times to make it work somehow. It was constant and just exhausting. After the end of the first year of the contract, the Internet speed dropped significantly. It looked like a hidden "reward" for loyalty. For two years I endured and continued to use this "service", but then it only got worse. OVIO's website was constantly publishing promotions and discounts. We called and asked if we could extend the contract and take advantage of these offers, and received a dry "no" in response. Even the request to replace the equipment, which was already frankly unable to cope with the task and poorly transmitted the Wi-Fi signal, was simply ignored. Technical support is a separate pain. We ordered a callback to resolve the issue, but no one called back. It feels like customers aren't welcome here at all. Today we finally decided to abandon their services. We came to the office to arrange everything. We were informed that we need to pay for the services for the current month. Okay, we agreed. But it turned out that they do not accept payment directly in the office — only through the terminal, which is located somewhere. And not only that, they insisted that we pay right now, they didn't even give us time during the day. The overall impression is complete lack of professionalism, ignoring customer requests, poor technical support and unwillingness to meet even the smallest things. I'm glad I finally changed my provider. I don't recommend it to anyone

The support service is very bad, it's 23.30 now. I've called 8 times in 2 hours, the operators are always busy. I know from past experience that the callback service will be done in a day, so I'm not ordering. This is the second time in a month that the Internet freezes at home and you can't find out why for hours. In general, I do not recommend it

Terrible provider, two days ago the Internet went out in those.support was informed that there were problems with the cable, I left a request to call the master. The next day at 10.00 a.m., the master called and said that he was ready to come in 3 minutes, I said that I was looking forward to it, then he called back and said that he would be in 30 minutes - 1 hour, when that time passed, of course, he was not there, I called him back, he did not pick up the phone, later I I dialed him again, he answered and said that there were problems with the car and would be later, in parallel, during that day I also called those.support, everyone there said that your application was accepted and the master would be here today, as a result, no one came. Now I'm sitting for the third day, waiting for the master and calling those.support and so far nothing has changed. In my opinion, it was easier to change the operator than to wait for actions from OVIO specialists.
