We apply there constantly, for temporary registration in Tashkent. You can put a solid four. Paperwork is excellent, in principle, even without a queue, it takes 10-15 minutes to queue for a registration specialist. It's bad that it's very far from the entrance to the gate and there is no way to stop by. And on the other hand, knowing the local mentality, if there was free entry, it would be a mess. Abandoned cars anywhere and at random.

On 06/19/2023, for the first time, he registered here for himself and his sister for foreign citizens who arrived in Uzbekistan.
The whole procedure was completed quickly, without unnecessary red tape, in one place.
My sister and I were not in a typical situation. Our father, whose living space we had to register with, could not come with us, because he is a non-walking cancer patient in stage 4.
Therefore, many thanks to the deputy head of the institution from office No. 2 (sorry, I did not remember the first name), and to the staff from office No. 10 for their sensitivity, attention and human, informal approach.

The passport office has changed a lot since my last visit. They work quickly, answer all questions where they need to be prompted. Special thanks to the Boss, Lieutenant Colonel K.S. Usmanova and her deputy Aziz (unfortunately I do not know his last name). We have issued the necessary certificate abroad promptly.
P.S. From my own experience: when you receive an ID card, if you pay immediately, you do not need a payment card, otherwise I went to work on Saturday to get it)

It's just hell. They came up with some kind of pinfl. No one knows what it is, but everyone demands it. The queues seem to be electronic, but they don't work. Uzbekistan is certainly developing, but not in the way we would like. I don't advise anyone to come here yet. Waiting in line is a horror.
