Complete disappointment and waste of time. Unfair work. Deception and misinformation of the client. Making money (and not small ones!) for work that is already legally included in the work of a realtor. The deal turned into a lot of stress. When asked to request any documents related to the transaction, the answer is that everything is only for an additional fee. It seemed that the help in the transaction was provided only to the seller, and the buyer should only wait, hope and believe. As a result, the deal never came to fruition, although it dragged on for more than a month. It's not a Housewarmer's Dream at all(((
