At first, the service seemed normal — I bought medicines for my father, and it cost a large sum, more than a million soums. But in the end, the staff began to persistently offer some "cleansing" powders that were not in the doctor's prescription. They pressed me psychologically, assuring me that it was "necessary." I asked the price — they said 32 thousand, they say, "32 each." I think, okay, add it. And then, on the way, I look at the receipt — and this "harmless" drug cost 640 thousand. It turned out to be in 2 boxes of 10 pieces and 32 thousand each, but no one said a word about it. When I called and started to figure it out, they told me with confidence that they had allegedly explained everything in advance. Lie. I asked them separately for the price of each drug, but each time they waved me off — "yes, let's say now," and only at the very end they rolled out a huge total bill. It is completely opaque, manipulative and, in fact, on the verge of fraud. To profit from someone else's grief is to be a really mean person. It's just a shame. I will never come to this pharmacy again, and I advise everyone else to stay away!!! #Scammers #cheating #getting sick #shame
