A branded package was automatically added to the order, but it was delivered in a regular package, with no notification or apology. The medicine was intended for another person, and this moment was fundamentally important. When contacting support, I received the response "packages are out" — without any suggestions for solving the problem. They also did not inform us in advance that they would have to pay for the delivery separately. I was sure that the company has its own courier, and delivery is included in the price. The service left a very negative impression. I hope the company will pay attention to such situations, and future customers will be more attentive when placing an order.

But if you, as a buyer, are a member of the UDS (points for purchase) program, then you may not even hope that you will receive points. A polite seller will record your phone number, promise that points will be awarded within a few hours, and then silence... I have already had to write about this several times in OXYmed on the UDS itself, but the last time I was simply ignored, although then the points were credited 10 days after the repeated appeal after a special phrase (apparently there is monitoring of such appeals in the application). After the last purchase in this branch, when I was not credited with points again, I no longer applied to UDS - apparently customer points for the purchase are a bonus for sellers, which is approved by the Parent company of this network
