I went to the store to buy something interesting. I ask the seller, "what do you have from non-fiction, maybe some new items?". And I get the answer, "we don't have that." I clarify, "do you understand what I mean?". The consultant nervously searches in the application, then on the PC for something. And he answers affirmatively, "we don't have anything like that." I did not expect such a service in a bookstore, and I did not expect to see such sellers. It can be seen that the company does not care who works for them, there is also no desire to teach. So instead of a person and a seller, we get a function that only puts books on the shelves and takes money at the checkout.

This is a small OZ store and an order pick-up point. The staff are young boys and girls, all polite and friendly, they understand the assortment and will always tell you if necessary. Of the cons: often, when I go to pick up an order in the evening after work, there is a huge queue at the checkout. But there can be no complaints: this is the only OZ in Malinovka, and also near the metro. To the credit of the cashiers, they work promptly, I have never waited more than 25-30 minutes. This is provided that the queue was through the entire store. And light pleasant music plays in the background and the store is stylishly decorated for the holidays :)

I went in about a week ago for a book, there was a girl and a guy on shift, I couldn't find the right book on the shelves of the store and approached the girl with this problem, she promptly checked the availability of this book in their store on the website. They had the book listed. Next, the girl went to look for a book on the shelves, which I had thoroughly studied before and did not find what I was looking for, and tried hard for several minutes to find the book.It was very pleasant and funny, then a guy came up to her, clarified what kind of book it was and returned a few seconds later with this book. I paid off and left the store satisfied with the purchase.
