And so I came to pick up the order at the iiiii pick-up point ...... they tell me that I can't pay for the order with a certificate, that I had to type the certificate into the code line when placing the order (i.e. oz.by from their message, this is NOT a physical store, but only an online store, and yes code =certificate) So, why not just add "oz online store.by and mobile application", it is already clearer. And if there is also a line in the SMS that this promo code can only be spent online, you will not receive a price. Another idea is a link to an article on the website, how to use the certificate… And so the day off is ruined P.S. In the initial order, bonuses were burned, a trifle, and not pleasant. So I also had to re-form the order, and now the old one is being sent back to the warehouse, and the new one will arrive in 5 days.
