I went to oz to pick up a gift for a friend, and the number of books and board games made my eyes run away. Thank you so much to the staff for being able to help me qualitatively, otherwise I would have been stuck there for half a day) I myself am not well versed in board games and books, but the girl explained everything and told me. I like this store, but the prices are too high. There is a curious assortment, interesting sweets, souvenirs, cosmetics, bestselling books, but they could cost less. I often order here and am very pleased with the books, the board games are interesting, there is a choice

First of all, I really like the location of the store. The staff is fast and friendly. We prepared my sister for school in just a few minutes, all the textbooks are available, I didn't have to run all over the city. There are also a lot of board games available and consultants can briefly tell you about the pros, cons and rules of the game.

I buy books very often and not only in this store. The staff is friendly and attentive. Always on the positive side! That's why I'm going back for shopping!) The promotions and discounts are especially pleasing! But this applies to the network rather than to the store. So there is a question about the network: why, if there is a book in the store that interests me, I cannot buy it with the discount that I have in the application? You definitely need to place an order and wait... This is upsetting ((( But it does not affect the evaluation of the work of a particular store in any way!!!

I really like this store. This is where I always buy books. The consultants are always polite, smiling and attentive. I was amazed that they know absolutely all the books, and they know where they are so that they don't have to look for a long time. Although there is another bookstore nearby with a much larger assortment, but I will always choose this one.

On September 02, 2020, they sold the defective product and refused to replace it. I stopped by to replace the product a couple of hours after the purchase on the same day, it was not possible to check immediately. I wrote comments in the book about the incorrect work of the head Natalia. I do not recommend buying anything there!
