I came here on insurance. Suddenly, acute cystitis began, but she did not take any medicine from her homeland. Pharmacies have the right prescription medicine. The pain was severe, so I had to wake everyone up and wait for an ambulance at night. At night, I noticed a girl at the reception desk, a nurse, and a doctor. There was a translator on the phone. The doctor took one look at me and didn't look at me anymore. When the complaint about cystitis was transferred, all three of them rolled their eyes and giggled... what made the medical staff laugh is not clear in the patient's complaint. They wrote out a prescription and sent it back. I understand that the complaint is not so urgent. I also understand that it's night time. But I was really scared because it wasn't clear if I could stand it until morning, and the blood scared me. There was no examination as such, and they were not bothered by the herpes on half of my face. In general, I was not used to this attitude, I expected more. Bottom line: they should have simpler faces and more professionalism. The hospital itself is clean and pleasant.
