Ozkaymak Marina, of course, is not without flaws, but still deserves good ratings))) my daughter and I had a vacation in 2019 in late May - early June. Maybe we were just lucky, but they put us in a room in the main building with a view of the sea, but it was very loud, and I asked for a quieter room. A day later we were offered a room with a view of the quiet pool))) I don't remember the name of the administrator - ( Russian girl, blonde) the food was quite satisfactory) not luxury, but the price is different. The price is an order of magnitude lower than the "fives"! On alcohol: I drink beer (classic ephesus - everywhere in Turkey) I tried the local Baileys - it's also fine. The rooms are on the 4th floor , the furniture is not new, but decent. The territory of the hotel is five plus))) And the location is super, it can't be better. Fives are Orange country or Fame Residence - so the price will be twice as high there! WiFi is bad, but there is free everywhere around - in every cafe ( you take ice cream to a child and use the Internet ) from the cafe Dakapo - free and quite nimble Wi-Fi. I always read reviews and imagine what awaits me. Budget , but still a top five)))

First of all, you need to know about this place that there are two hotels here: one is old, the second is a new large renovated one. The big one is full of movement, the old little one is quiet. They put everyone in a small one at once. I think it's for freezing money. There has been no repair there for a long time, the smell is unpleasant. The plumbing looks like it hasn't been washed in 100 years. And again, it's a long way to go to the restaurant and all the traffic. If there was a straight path and a normal path, then it's fine, but you go through the pools, it's wet all the time, it's inconvenient to go to it, in short. There is a swimming pool next to the small hotel, but the water is terribly cold there. Even in the sun. To move into a large, clean and new hotel, you need to pay. We were told $15 per day. And at first they gave rooms with mountain views. In principle, we could have stayed and looked at the mountains, but since the question of relocation arose, we decided to look for it. Fortunately, we met a Russian who offered us his room, from which he was leaving. He told us that the tour operator warned him back in his city and asked for a fee to be settled in a new building, but upon arrival he was still settled in the old one and again he had to pay extra. What about the restaurant? It turns out that they are constantly being fed here. But the food is so-so. There is nothing in 5 except chicken and turkey. Oh, yes, fried herring. For breakfast, they give you something more or less edible: pancakes, deep-fried pancake, dry breakfast with milk and fried and boiled eggs. Ah! The smell in the restaurant is just disgusting! It's like they took a shit, sorry. Animation is normal, there are two more besides the ice pool, they are good, but of course, the sun beds are all occupied. There is a private beach, they said across the street. But we still have to go. There are no pointers to it. The beach is nice, cramped, but the sand is very good, there are also stones, but there are few of them. There are a lot of sun beds on the beach. There is no toilet or shower of its own. You have to go to the toilet to the dolphinarium. The room as a whole is normal. However, the conder is leaking and there is a bucket. We rested in both three and four. I'm shocked by the five. It doesn't pull. The staff at the restaurant is pleasant. I will also write about our tour operator. Vyacheslav K. met us here. Well, how did you meet us? We arrived early in the morning, and he made an appointment for the next day, though in the morning. A man with clearly inflated self-image. Not only does he have problems with diction, he has to listen carefully, but he also cheekily jokes, exercises sarcasm. He sells his excursions, but this is understandable for his earnings, but if you ask something about another issue and I notice that these are not personal questions, he answers: do I work there? I don't know. It's not clear what he's working here for.

I had a vacation with the children in August 2021. The sea, the pool, the food are excellent. But cleaning is a horror: linen is changed once a week, towels are taken away, clean ones are not left, toilet paper was also left every other time, the air conditioner hums like a tractor (someone wrote earlier), it broke down repeatedly. The tulle in the room was full of holes (photo attached), on the third day of requests for replacement it was removed, no new one appeared. There are not enough sun beds by the pool with slides (yes, I took them at 7 in the morning, ran to the sea while my daughter was sleeping, because later I would not find a sunbed, and you would not drive children out of the pool), there are plenty of sun beds on the beach, there are enough places. Fish restaurant on the roof: beautiful views, a salad of greens on the table, saucers with stewed zucchini, peas, cheese, a plate of fish (without small bones), 2 pieces of baklava per person (for an amateur), alcohol as in the bar downstairs, in plastic cups. The children then went to the dining room of the hotel to eat. There are delicious pastries (gozleme tortillas) in the dining room, which the woman bakes right on the spot, and donuts for breakfast. There was always ice cream at 16 o'clock. There are normal, dense beach towels, but there are like gauze. The fountain in the center of the pool is open only on Saturday and Sunday.

Those who give the hotel 5 stars - I feel sorry for you :)It's kind of sad that this is ok for you( We arrived on 18.07, settled in the last room with a corner balcony. The room is ordinary, nothing special, there is not enough cosmetic repairs. Towels were not changed, the dust was not cleaned, the beds were made - that's all the cleaning in the room, once the water was reported to the mini bar. 2 out of 5. The hotel, like the room, needs cosmetics. We are remoters and came to work lying by the pool, but WiFi is only in the lobby, Yandex can load the launch pad for 20 seconds by the pool, and there is no space in the lobby. In 2021, apparently there are problems with installing routers at different points of the hotel. The room did not catch at all. As a result, I connected roaming for 400 rubles a day and was in touch (for example, that year in Belek there was WiFi everywhere in the hotel, I was always with access to messengers). There is paid WiFi on the beach (Carl), because the beach is apparently commercial, and a little space is allocated for hotel rooms. You can fish for free from Dakapo beach, but by 11 a.m. it will already be bad to work. 1 out of 5. Food and alcohol are nothing special. Turkish food and Turkish alcohol. They make cocktails, you can drink them. We expected a little more from the food tk hotel 5, but alas. 3 out of 5. Pranksters are dumb Russian rednecks who occupy sun loungers by the pool at 7 a.m. and then come to them by 12 p.m. - thank you, you are the ideal of assholes. If you want to lie by the pool, take a seat early. (I posted the photos from 7:24 a.m.) Ukrainians stole an inflatable circle from us and claimed that it was their circle. After 4 hours, I told my wife that I would go look at the cameras (they heard it) and returned the circle with stupid excuses, it was funny! I've never seen queues at the bar and in the canteen - dinner turns into a 30-40-minute stand over food. Beach towels with a deposit of $ 10/€ - did we arrive exactly at the 5th check-in? The towels are 7 years old, all the dead. They change every 3 days ... I'm definitely in the top five??? Christmas Eve at the hotel - I attached a photo :) Animation - there seem to be discos + children's discos, activities by the pool and so on, but we didn't go there. We went to the doctor - there are no bandages, alas, we ran out. There are cockroaches in the hotel and rooms :) they crawl into the ears of those who occupy the sunbeds and leave.

There's another nasty smell in the dining room. Eating with young children is a problem. The first courses are some kind of balanda. The staff tries hard, but it is difficult to make delicious dishes from bad products. There is a queue with complaints to the administrator, but none is resolved. They nod their heads and sympathize. The pillows in the rooms are terrible, the mattress is wooden, the air conditioner is humming like a tractor, the front door is broken. About the alcohol bar in short- swill. The beach is very small. The sun beds are lapped. I don't want to talk about the representative of the TUI travel agency at all. Just an empty employee who is only interested in selling an expensive tour. It is better not to ask him any other questions. The sea itself in Kemer and neighboring regions is excellent now. There was an earthquake today, but my wife and I didn't feel much. I really regret that I did not read all the reviews carefully:(Take other hotels! Don't spoil your vacation.

HORROR!!! They did not meet us, they did not take us to the room, they did not tell us where everything was. There were no cards for towels. We found out everything ourselves. The beach is dirty, entering the water immediately from the sunbeds. There is a bar on the beach, only juice and water are free. There is a pebble beach. General Room: there is no double bed. The newlyweds were not met in any way, although it was indicated. We came to the reception three times to get what we were promised. On the second day, they moved two beds, made swans out of towels and rose petals. As we learned later, the guys we met were also newlyweds, they were brought fruits and wine. But they had to fight with them very hard and for a long time. We wanted to change the room so that the bed was double, so there are no such beds at all. Only semi-double ones. There is no chandelier in the room. Wall lighting only. The air conditioner only works in one mode, loudly. Sometimes it turned off at night by itself. The water in the faucet is tin, stinks of chlorine, tastes salty, it's terribly unpleasant to brush your teeth. By the way, the same water is in the pools. Of the accessories, there is only shampoo, balm and soap. There is no shower gel. There are no slippers either. There is a safe, refrigerator and hairdryer. The floor has never been cleaned in 9 days, the rose petals were still lying around. The food is terrible! It was impossible to eat it, I had to spend money on cafes and restaurants. It was very rare to come across something normal. Alcohol is not ultra all inclusive. Local drinkers. They took banana liqueur, accidentally dipped their fingers into it while carrying it. His fingers were yellow from it for three more days. The waiters don't serve you. Run and look for where to get a drink, appliances, etc. Finding a table during a meal is a problem. There are long queues for food. The bars stink horribly. It stinks all the way from the lobby. The slides were working, but there was no tracking person and it was possible to fly into someone by accident. Excursions at the hotel should not be taken. Overpay 2-3 times more. We took it to Ginza travel- everything is fine. We spent more time on excursions and in restaurants. We've hardly been to the hotel, it's trash! We were in the 5 star UAI and it's heaven and earth. It would be better to take a small hostel and spend this money in restaurants as well. A NIGHTMARE!! The rest is ruined.

Everything is bad with cleaning in 8 days, we cleaned only once when we came to complain to the reception. Towels and pastels were not changed in the same way. And even that pastel linen was covered in blood or something else, from previous tenants. Boobies on the walls.The rooms have obviously not been renovated for a very long time. One outlet for the entire room. The stench in the kitchen is unbearable. The sun beds are always full of towels. The sea from the hotel is in the bay where there is dirt and debris. Kitchen....It's terrible - the whips come in for a snack and then they throw up. Everything is cold, there is no choice at all, there is no cleanliness anywhere. You walk into the kitchen like you're in an old diner. It is impossible to eat anything. The furniture is old. There is only plain water in the refrigerator in the room (and this should be taken into account that the most expensive room: sea view, pool view). We're not the most fastidious about food and rooms, but it's just disgusting. Never consider this hotel.

I came to this hotel for the second time only because of the beach! In 2019, I was still on vacation, there were no covid measures, the food in the restaurant was served by themselves! I do not recommend it! The dishes were dirty (plates, glasses), Some of the food was sour and smelled, Except for dry turkey and chicken backs, there was little meat, there were two types of fish fried or stewed. The rooms pretended to be cleaned, never vacuumed, the dust is not wiped off! Surprisingly, Wi-Fi was in the room this year! If something is spilled in the elevator, no one is in a hurry to clean up! I personally did not see a cockroach, after Three days of rest, we went into the room one day, turn on the light and there was tin, cockroaches swarm just on the floor, they began to run and hide, I immediately ran to the rescue, I told them all this that I would not sleep there, especially with two children, they moved us to another room and said that there were definitely no cockroaches in it, they checked all the corners, did not see any and moved in. Next is the food.. This is of course tin, there is nothing to feed the children, only if every day there are French fries, from soups it is something.. Yogurt soup is something I've never seen in my life, and some kind of crap in general. Salads seemed to be normal. But to wait for dinner, you had to stand in a huge queue, after that you still won't be able to find a place at the table... The drinks are so-so, tea and coffee are not very good..the only plus is the large territory of the hotel, and every evening there is a children's disco, the rest is just tin, if they knew what it would be, but for what money they would not go here. The hotel does not have more than 3 stars, so people should think about it before traveling.

The queues for food are simply unreal, and when you finally get food, there is nowhere to sit down at all, you walk with this plate and look for at least something to put it on. There are not enough appliances, the glasses are dirty, I am silent for the plates.. There are always not enough sun beds, the staff is just no, they pretend to all requests that they can't do anything, they say, solve your own problems. The animation is loose and boorish, I would say. Some people may, of course, like being entertained like this, but still a sense of tact should be in relation to others. I don't clean the rooms at all, they just make the bed and that's it, but no one is interested in whether you have garbage there or not, shampoo is not brought, towels must be asked to be replaced. The hotel is old, dirty, just screaming and begging for repairs. The room has ONE outlet in the room where the lamp is turned on. There are more sconces, there are no more light sources. The switches crumble when pressed. In our room, the air conditioner had the only function - to create background noise, because it screams like a Soyuz rocket at launch, it was useless, only minimal airflow worked, the stuffiness was terrible. The refrigerator can only be used as a drawer, it did not cool completely. Wi-Fi is free, but it barely works. The food is tasteless, monotonous and it literally needs to be extracted. The counters are scattered throughout the hotel, fruits in one part of the hotel, bread-soup and so on in another. The worst thing is with breakfast: it consists mainly of eggs and pancakes, for which there is a kilometer-long queue. There is no cleaning as such. In general, it is not worth your money at all (in 7 days we paid 144 thousand for two), for this cost you can find more acceptable options. The only advantage is the location, close to the sea.

As a result, we wrote complaints to the tour operator and the hotel guide and moved 3 times until we found a room with a working air conditioner on the 4th day. Of course, it spoiled our mood and cost us nerves. The second huge disadvantage is that alcohol does not correspond to the concept of Ultra. There are no imported drinks there and what there is from the local is full of... I don't drink alcohol much, so it didn't really upset me. But anyone who expects to relax and drink, I sympathize. Because alcohol sucks. The food is for 4, I was pleased with the variety of soups, otherwise, as usual, meat or fish is grilled outside, but I would not say that there is a great variety. By 4. No more. The rooms are cleaned, towels were changed. Not all the phones in the rooms worked, we went with friends, out of 4 rooms in 1 the phone did not work, it was never repaired. Another disadvantage: the Internet is only in the lobby, but it is stated in the rooms and on the territory. Make no mistake, it's not in the rooms. To be in touch, we bought a Vodafone SIM card, 20 GB for 200 liras. It was enough for everyone for 10 days, I distributed the Internet through my phone. The hammam smelled damp upon arrival. Maybe because we arrived first and he hadn't worked before. We didn't go into it. Although the vacationers praised the massage at the hotel very much. But we were busy changing rooms in the first few days, and then we didn't get there. On the plus side: the beach is close, the sea is warm. Its own beach by the sea in the bay, calm sea, clean. There are yachts in the bay, you can go directly by agreement, cheaper than going through tour operators or buying on the street. And another of the advantages is a good well-groomed territory, green, lots of pools, its slides are very good. Many people ask about the food: the buffet is as usual, just served by the restaurant staff, you show what to put. Because of this, there are small queues at the restaurant during rush hours. The hotel SUCKS!!!! Rested 18.08.- 08/24/2021, 3 adults and a child. This is not the first time we are vacationing in Turkey, so there is something to compare it with...........This is clearly not 5 ULTRA, maximum 3-!!!! 1) CHECK-IN: checked in at 14:00. We went into the room and just went crazy! Instead of a 2-bedroom bed, a separate 1-bedroom bed and a sofa, we saw one 2-bedroom bed and a 2-TIER one!!!!! The only outlet in the room was ripped out "with meat" The wardrobe does not open, does not close (both doors are stuck in the middle of the closet)!!!! There are no towels, no shampoos, in short............ nothing (you can forget about bathrobes and slippers at all!!!) The air conditioner IS WORKING (lo and behold!!!) as the plane buzzes For 4 people in room 3!!! glasses))) Refilling the refrigerator with water and juices ONLY after the pendal to the administrators. Room cleaning takes place in the same way after the cradle......... 2) NUTRITION: everything is bad! salads stink of rotten meat; chicken, turkey are not clear how they are cooked. Fish of unknown origin. Only watermelons are delicious))) the Turks could not or did not have time to spoil them))) 3) THE SEA: The only thing that can be noted from the positive, the sea is just fabulously warm, transparent, pebbles at the entrance then sand, but fortunately this is not the merit of the Turks. You will not be able to get to the sea on the territory of the hotel! You have to leave the hotel and stamp your feet........... On the beach: sun beds, sun beds with drinks water, diluted juice (water with a drop of juice), gas water, tea, coffee .......and that's it) 4) ANIMATION: normal (for 3))) 5) HAMMAM: old, battered))) gauze towels))) R.S: the hotel is not worth the money!!! If you need to throw off your negativity somewhere, come)))

The terrible attitude of the staff, especially the Kazakh women at the reception, the rooms are not cleaned,food is limited,very cold pools,cocktails and alcoholic drinks for two, the room was cleaned once in eight days, the shower is broken, animation is zero, so I strongly advise you to choose another hotel!

The family stayed at this hotel in 2009. Everyone enjoyed the rest very much. The sons were practically never in the room . They were 16 and 14 years old at the time. They played in one pool, then in another, then on water slides, then in a burger joint, then on bicycles around Kemer, then in table tennis at the hotel... The sea is nearby. 5 minutes walk. You can also go to another beach. If you want boat trips, there is a marina nearby. If you want to take a walk in a historical place, there is an open-air museum nearby. And in the evening - a stunningly beautiful park. And there is also a dance floor... The town is cozy, clean, fragrant with oriental spices... The hotel is also cleaned, clean, and the staff is polite. Overeating in a restaurant. Everything is very tasty and fresh. Fruits, puddings, cakes.. - goodbye figure)) Excursions can also be purchased at the hotel. But we took it on the street - it's much cheaper there. And the buses are still the same.... Of the cons - the hotel is not completely new, so the furniture is old and slightly dilapidated. But it's not noticeable. Moreover, we were almost not in the rooms)) There is no animation at all in the evenings. But we went for a walk around the city. We went to the park and to the dance floor nearby. So it didn't bother me either. In 2019, the youngest son and his daughter-in-law went there again for a vacation. Of course, the hotel has become more dilapidated during this time... One pool and slides did not work... But only this. In general, everything is fine. So if you need a vacation, not a hotel room, then we recommend it.
